What people say

When I go to PYT on Saturdays it always feels as if I am coming home to a huge family. It simply is a place where you feel at home and are free to express yourself in every way you want.

Malaika Wilson, PYT Advanced (15-17) student

I always thought my son was quite introverted and shy, but to see him standing on stage during his first PYT theatre performance, confidently reciting his lines and smiling at the audience, was nothing short of amazing!

Karina Bolan, mum to Rory, PYT Tots (3-5)

My three children have been at PYT for years and it has become a large part of their lives. It provides a great social platform for the children to meet friends from outside their school and local community.

John Bagust, parent and Head of Primary Schools at Prague British School

At PYT we get the chance to devise and direct scenes, so the performance often becomes a collaborative piece. PYT really helps me develop my confidence and acting skills. It's also lots of fun and the people I got to work with are great.

Danya Baryshnikov, PYT Alumnus

PYT has given me confidence in terms of being on stage and public speaking, and I enjoy cooperating on plays with other kids from different backgrounds.

Borna Dumicic, PYT Seniors (11-14) student

PYT is so different from other activities: children have space to investigate and extend their personal limits. For us it was amazing to see how excitement about the new play overcomes shyness and anxiety when being on the stage.

Aleksandra Dumicic, parent, PYT Seniors (11-14)
